R. Jason Howard

 

Jason has lived in the Miami Valley region for nearly thirty-six years.  He grew up in the rural farm country of Greene and Clinton counties.  His primary education and beginning of middle school was in Xenia, Ohio.  He attended eighth-grade and freshman high school at Greeneview schools in Jamestown, Ohio.  Mr. Howard graduated from Wilmington High School with the Class of 1992.  R. Jason Howard attended Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences in 1996.  Following Wright State, Mr. Howard worked for Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio.  There he worked on the Comet Cleanser product.  Mr. Howard then attended the University Of Dayton School Of Law, graduating in the Class of 2001. 

During law school he clerked for a Dayton, Ohio firm in civil litigation with an emphasis on civil rights and EEOC cases.  After graduating law school Mr. Howard worked for Lexis-Nexis and then began his career as an attorney with the firm of Falke & Dunphy, LLC until January 2007 when he began his own practice.  Mr. Howard has an extensive background in civil litigation with over six years of experience in this area, inclusive of trial work.  Further, Mr. Howard deals with estate planning and small business litigation. 

Mr. Howard holds licenses to practice in the State of Ohio, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

 


Monte K. Snyder

Monte was born in Union City, Indiana, and has lived in the Dayton area for the last twenty-eight years. Monte is licensed to practice law in all Ohio courts and agencies as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He attended Morehead State University where he graduated with high distinction in 1972, majoring in history. While at MSU he was a member of the Blue Key National Honor Fraternity and Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society in history. He attended the University of Dayton School of Law, graduating in 1984. He currently lives in Middletown, Ohio. Monte is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. His areas of practice include administrative law, domestic relations and family law, estate planning and probate, Ohio workers compensation, social security disability and civil litigation.
